A Gomorron Östersund membership has a 3 months period of notice from the next month following the day of cancellation. All prices are excluding VAT.

Need to host a meeting or a get together? Gomorron Östersund offers a number of unique meeting spaces to accommodate for a wide range of needs. Great coffee, tea and water is always included in the reservation. You can also escape to our timber office hut to change the atmosphere for a day or two, put up a fire and get your work done.

That extra something (add-ons)

Want to make your conference or workshop extra productive and comfortable? We're proud to offer you nothing but the best amenities and extras to do just that. Here's an excerpt of some of the things you can add to to your booking. On top of this, don't hesitate to ask if you're looking for something special not on the list, we will try our best to accommodate your needs!

Do you need somewhere to stay?

Are you in town working for a longer period of time, on workation to explore the mountains, or need transit housing when moving here? This longstay and co-living concept is our way to facilitate social and community-based living in Östersund for periods of 1 to 6 months.

The concept includes two fully furnished and equipped apartments in the city center, with local coffee shops, bars, and restaurants just outside the door. There is one 2-bedroom apartment and one shared apartment with three separate bedrooms rented individually. Both apartments have balconies facing the cozy courtyard where Gomorron Östersund Teglet, Smithens Skafferi, and Big Lake Coffee (the best coffee in town) are based.

Membership at Gomorron Östersund is always included to make sure that you have access to great office space and not the least to a large and vibrant community with lots of activities happening on a regular basis.

Downtown Östersund

Prästen, Prästgatan 42
We have 500 square metres in downtown Östersund, at Prästgatan 42 (the backside), which we have turned into a community home base with inspiring and dynamic workspaces, creative meetups and good coffee. We have 5 meeting rooms available for anyone to book, and a further 4 smaller meeting spaces for members to use. This office has 36 fixed desks, 6 flex desks (with more spaces, e.g tables, sofas and standing desks to fit more members), and the potential for closed company offices. At Prästen, we have a specific dog friendly area.

Teglet, Biblioteksgatan 9 (courtyard entrence)
Our newest hub is a very central reconverted 20th century steelworks, with 3 floors and 600 square metres. We’ve developed this workspace to have the latest facilities for remote working, with a test lab full of state-of-the-art screens, cameras and microphones for the optimal video or conference setup. We also have plans to develop a studio very soon, for those looking to host or film podcasts, panel discussions etc.. The office has a 2 externally-bookable meeting rooms, with 6 more available to members. The premises have been designed for freedom of expression, and the option to choose between more formal and more creative backgrounds for video calls, as well as more or less relaxed areas for hot-desking. We have many fixed desks, 8 flex desks (and many more non-desk workspaces), and the potential for private offices at this workspace.

Rutan, Storgatan 25 (courtyard entrence)
Rutan was our second location, opened in 2019. It is a single floor space on Storgatan, 300m square metres with two office spaces: one 20-seater and one 10-seater. We currently host two different companies in this space, which is opposite our Tegelmagasinet hub. There is one meeting room bookable for members here.

Get your hands on your own desk, a hot desk or just join the community and get access to the hub once or twice a month! Flex members may work from either of our hub offices, and fixed members may choose where they would rather be located, depending on desk availability. Any meeting room can be booked by any of our members, independent of their main location. We strive to build a community across our hubs, with social events for all members to meet, and the possibility for virtual coffee breaks with people at either hub location. Feel free to stop by and meet us to get a tour!

Fugelsta office Hut

In Fugelsta, just 15 km outside of Östersund, we have a small timber hut, Fugelstakojan, on land with some pure striking views. You can go a trail run, put on your cross country skis or head down the mountain bike trails for lunch. Or just stay inside and get your work done with complete focus.

We currently have over 160 members, representing 90+ companies.
